To minimize the objection risk  and enhance the success rate, before applying for registration of a trademark, the trademark to be applied shall be searched so as to avoid being rejected because it is identical with or similar to the trademark of another person that has, in respect of the same or similar goods / services, been registered or preliminarily approved after examination.

For the trademark to be used in the commercial activities that have not yet been registered, the relevant information of the registered trademark shall be inquired. The purpose is to avoid the infringement of the exclusive right of the registered trademark without the knowledge of others.
